have you tried to rclick the setup/install and told it to run as admin....or create the directory structure this way, goto c;program files and create the folder your going to install to (or it could be program files(x86) ) rclick the folder change permissions to everyone and in advance make sure the inherit rights are turned off. then try your install again.
