Don't get spooked by the .app. .dmg isn't applicable to this new OS. Why? Not sure yet. But I have a sneaky suspicion I'll find out soon enough

For a bootable drive only. If you're downloading this to do a clean install of El Capitan? This torrent is all you.
Have your 8g flashy ready and emptied of all and anything. Plug that thing into your iMac or MB/MBP/MBA. Open Disk Utility. Locate Flash Drive. Erase and format to OS X (journaled). (just leave it untitled) Done
If you made it this far and haven't downloaded the torrent yet....do so(derp)
Make sure its in your Applications!(How ever you choose to do this)
Now open the Terminal(via Know how of Mac's)
Copy and paste this TEXT into the Terminal
sudo /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app --nointeraction
If you have a admin password the terminal will prompt you to enter it...do so. The magic will begin........May take a tic or two......finished! Bootable drive completed.
